This website is hosted on CloudFlare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When a page is requested, CloudFlare processes technical access data such as IP address, time of access, and the page requested, in order to ensure the operation and security of the website.
Contact Form
We use the Web3Forms service (Web3Creative, India) to transmit the contact form. To prevent spam, Web3Forms may share your IP address and email address with the filtering services CleanTalk and Akismet.
Disclosure Abroad
The service providers named above process data outside Switzerland. CloudFlare processes data in the USA; Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the Swiss Federal Council recognises an adequate level of data protection. Web3Forms operates from India and relies on standard contractual clauses within the meaning of Art. 16 para. 2 FADP for transfers from Switzerland.
Retention
We retain inquiries submitted via the contact form for as long as is necessary to handle your request and to comply with statutory retention obligations. At the service provider Web3Forms, submitted form data is automatically deleted after three years at the latest.
Statistics and Tracking
We do not use tracking tools, analytics services, or advertising networks. No usage profiles are created and no data is collected for statistical purposes.
